It is true that the Langhe are home to the great Piedmontese red wines, the pride of the entire Italian enology. But there is an air of novelty in white wines.
A significant contribution is brought by the white Rabel Langhe which turns out to be an important and interesting protagonist, thanks also to its strong personality and rare elegance.
Obtained from a skilful assembly of white grapes, Rabel is the result of careful and patient research and tests, which has been able to enhance nuances of taste and aroma, due to the particular climatic conditions.
Rabel is a white wine of significant structure and straw-yellow color with intense captivating greenish reflections, with a characteristic full and complex flavor, fruity but dry, pleasantly acidic yet harmonious and balanced. It presents special and intense aromas of aromatic herbs and wild flowers, long and persistent, together with fruity scents and delicate nuances, with pleasantly engaging citrus nuances.
It is excellent with various combinations, from savory cheeses to fish and shellfish, to carpaccio of meat and fish, but also to simple vegetable soups and cold cuts in general.
It allows unusual combinations and can be an intricate aperitif.
