Barott is a rosé sparkling wine obtained from the dosed assembly of Freisa and Nebbiolo grapes.
The careful selection of the grapes and the particular vinification allow to obtain a fruity, joyful, young and lively wine, very pleasant for the subtle but harmonious body.
Thanks to the particular production process (fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and subsequently second fermentation according to the Martinotti Method), the Barott rosé is a full exaltation of fresh and young characters, with aromas of fresh fruit, cherry, strawberry, raspberry and pink.
The fresh, fragrant and balanced flavor with fine and persistent perlage is very pleasant as an aperitif, with appetizers and light foods and goes well with white meats, fish, shellfish. Barott is also an excellent sparkling wine to celebrate with friends after a good meal or to celebrate a brilliant success.
