Icon wine dedicated to the trafficking of grapes from Pavese in Milan and one of the most popular places in the city… the Naviglio. It is a blend of typical red grape varieties (Barbera, Croatina and Uva Rara), an artisanal and symbolic wine. Vinified in the city with raw materials of the highest quality and with a low sulphite content. Not filtered.

When to drink: With the typical local cuisine but also with bread and salami as a snack.
Aging: Vinification in steel, after which the mass was divided into three parts: steel, amphora and 2nd passage French oak barrels.
