The Cantinoteca dei Prolo respects in the production of its wines is a very specific philosophy: low yields per hectare, manual harvest, soft pressing of the grapes, aging in oak barrels and refinement in the bottle. In the sign of the highest quality, the wines of the “Cantinoteca dei Prolo” are born, such as this Rosso with the “Fara” denomination. It is a red obtained from a base of Nebbiolo grapes, to which a good percentage of Vespolina grapes is added, which gives the wine freshness, smoothness of drink and fragrance.
