Chiamblò Langhe is a rosé wine made from Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes grown in the municipality of Barolo.
The careful selection of the grapes and the white vinification after careful soft pressing allow to obtain a fruity, joyful, young wine that is very pleasant for the subtle but harmonious body.
Thanks to the particular production process, Chiamblò is a full exaltation of fresh and young characters, but in a complete harmony of delicate color with reflections that tend to purplish red, of perfumes and fragrances reminiscent of wild flowers, with a ductile and unmistakable flavor , of full balance even in the right youthful aggression.
Chiamblò, very pleasant with appetizers and light foods, goes well with white meats and fish, and is a nice and brilliant introduction to the meal.
Harvest: 90% Barbera 10% Nebbiolo

Aging: the product is kept only for 3 – 4 months in small stainless steel tanks, so that it can maintain all the freshness, the slightly acidic but fine and pleasant taste, as well as the typical fruity aroma which together with the bright pink color, rich in transparency are its main characteristics
