Grape Variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Vinification: The bunches are harvested manually and placed in small crates to preserve their integrity and organoleptic qualities.
Fermentation and maceration continue for 25-30 days, immediately after the wine begins a period of aging in 400-700 liter oak barrels for 2 years. At the end of this period the wine rests in steel barrels for 6 months before bottling and the subsequent refinement in the bottle for a further 6 months.
