Sereni Balsamic Vinegar of Modena white label boasts an excellent sweet and sour balance, obtained with a blend of musts that are cooked for several days over direct heat and aged wine vinegars, aged in oak barrique barrels.

High density, a strong sweet note and light vanilla scents make this vinegar very versatile in the kitchen for everyday use on grilled or boiled meats, carpaccio, fresh pasta, cheeses.

Ingredients: Cooked grape must, wine vinegar.

Allergens: Contains no added sulphites.

How to preserve: Store at room temperature, without strong temperature changes.
