Vesporosè is an extra dry rosé sparkling wine made from Vespolina grapes.
In Piedmont there are many vine varieties that have found fertile soil, and this Vespolina delle Colline Novaresi confirms what we are saying. Produced by the Cantinoteca dei Prolo, it is a rosé worked exclusively in steel, so as to keep all the varietal connotations intact. Fruit and fragrance, freshness and smoothness of drink: all this we find in a sip that to define satisfying would be an understatement. It is a sparkling wine that can be drunk with your eyes closed: put it at the table during a nice dinner with friends, and maybe let them start the dance by accompanying it with a nice Italian appetizer.
Taste: Sparkling wine with persistent bubbles. Fresh and dry. The Vespolina grapes give it a hint of red flowers.
