Oro di Giano lentils are grown in an integrated production regime and alternating with cereals, without the use of chemical fertilizers. The diameter is about 2 millimeters, the color has various shades of brick. The peel is thin and tender.
They do not require soaking. Cooking is 25/30 ‘for a crunchy product that maintains all its nutritional properties unaltered.
