The Oro di Giano – Macciano extra virgin olive oil is obtained from our olives of the Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and San Felice varieties, harvested at the right varietal ripeness.
Production: The extraction is immediate with a modern continuous cycle system, where we give the utmost attention to every stage of processing.
The entire production process is certified by the DOP Umbria – Colli Martani, to protect the quality and respect our values.
Organoleptic notes: At sight the oil is limpid, yellow in color with brilliant green reflections; the scent is elegant and offers delicate herbaceous notes.
In the mouth the impact is enveloping, the bitterness is light and the spicy pleasant. Ideal on bread, soups, raw and cooked vegetables, meat, fish, it deserves the center of the table. Everyday.
