Oro di Giano – Basilio extra virgin olive oil is obtained from Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and San Felice varieties, olives harvested in October. It is a table oil that goes well with everything.

Organoleptic notes: At sight the oil is limpid, bright green in color with golden reflections; the scent is fruity and offers notes of heart of artichoke.
In the mouth the flavor is intense, however it is balanced in the light notes of bitter and spicy.
