The vinification of Caramino Riserva D.O.P takes place only in the best years with alcoholic and maleolactic fermentation in steel barrels at a controlled temperature.
Subsequently, the wine rests in large wooden barrels for at least 48 months, and is then bottled and refined for at least 9 months before being put on the market.
After 5 years the wine is full-bodied, complex and elegant with an exceptional longevity.
